Menorca, one of the Balearic Islands, is a Spanish island that got its name by being the smaller of the twin islands of which Majorca is the other. It draws a large amount of tourists each year, and is particularly popular among the British, though other Europeans visit too; but like many other tourist destinations, there are certain times of year that make for a better trip. The climate is constantly pleasant, so this is not the deciding factor. But some months have a lot more cultural goings on.
