Firefighting is not unique to America. Each and every nation in the world has fires, cardiac arrests and car accidents. We sometimes forget that in the day to day grind. An experienced organized force of men and ladies are on standby in every country for when these events take place. The yellow pavement, found in the city centre, is a really widely recognized walking route for holiday makers in Sofia. Walking its length ( roughly one mile ) will take you past a host of landmarks in the city, as it starts at the President’s office and passes by the Archaeological Museum, former Communist Party House and the Nation’s Bank. It then follows the route which will take you to the Nation’s Art Studio, Countrywide Ethnological Museum and Grand Hotel. This hotel has a very engaging cafe which is modelled on those one would find in Vienna. After you are finished sight-seeing here, the yellow pavement continues on to the Russian Church and the Army Club ( Voenen Klub ). The latter is a hotspot for bars and trattorias, which are going to be found close to the very pretty Italian and Austrian embassies and the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. It ends at Parliament Square ( Narodno Sabranie ) and Yablaski House. Beside the crossroads is Sofia Varsity and the metro station, where the Sofia Visitor Information Centre is to be found.
